Team Member Benefits

Medical & Dental:
Our medical & dental coverage provides Team Members with access to a very large network of providers, as well as affordable prescriptions. Team Members have several options (HMO and PPO) to choose from. Onestop contributes to the monthly premiums (subject to change each plan year).
Onestop offers a comprehensive vision plan for Team Members and their dependents. Onestop does not participate in the monthly premiums for vision.
Flexible Spending Accounts:
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) allow Team Members to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses, as well as dependent care expenses.
Basic Life and AD&D benefits are provided at no cost to Team Members. Team Members may purchase additional Voluntary Life insurance for themselves and their families.
Onestop’s 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan provides Team Members the potential for future financial security for retirement. The current company match is up to 50% of the first 6% of the Team Member’s contribution. Full-time Team Members are eligible to enroll during the first open enrollment after 3 months of employment.
Team Member Assistance Plan:
Our Team Member Assistance Plan (EAP) can help Team Members and their immediate family members with everyday situations and personal difficulties. This is paid for 100% by Onestop.
Team Members have the option to purchase supplemental insurance (hospital, cancer, disability and accident) to assist with additional healthcare expenses that might arise.
Legal & ID Protection:
Team Members may purchase the legal & ID protection programs. The legal protection plan allows our Team Members and their dependents to use participating attorneys for a wide range of legal needs at a significantly discounted cost. The identity protection plan allows our Team Members to protect themselves against the theft of credit card information and personal data.
Paid Time Off (PTO):
PTO is available to all regular full-time Team Members to provide them opportunities for rest, recuperation, and personal pursuits. The amount of PTO Team Members accrues increases with the length of employment.
